Sustainable house in Coombs

44 lucky people enjoyed a tour of this beautiful newly build home in Coombs.

This three bedroom 7-8 star home (still being rated) has PVC framed  double glazing throughout and a sunny northern aspect. It has used many recycled internal components with the floors are sourced from recycled wood from Thors Hammer and the  kitchen benchtops are made from a recycled paper called rock  paper.

Additionally this lovely home boasted is a full garden water harvesting system that irrigates the garden through a series of underground rivers. The designer of this system was  at the tour to answer all manner of questions about the water harvesting system
