It is important to understand that these private rulings are for one individuals circumstances and do not apply to anyone else. There is currently no general information published by the ACT government or the ATO that individuals can rely on.

Currenltly you must apply for your own private ruling with the ATO to be certain that you are not liable to pay tax on your Feed-in tariff income.
