Sustainable House Tours

SEE-Change, Actsmart and the Australian Institute of Architects have collaborated to bring you monthly ‘over-the-back-fence’ tours of sustainable houses, townhouses and apartments around Canberra.

This event is designed for renovators, home owners and renters who want to tour an amazing array of everyday homes all built and created around the ideal of reducing their footprint on the earth.

On these tours you can tap into local knowledge to learn how to successfully integrate renewable energy, recycling, food growing and other sustainable practices into your home and lifestyle.

The tour list for 2017 is available here: Sustainable House Tours Sustainable house tour . Please note this list can be subject to changes, so please keep an eye on our events page.

The cost of the tours will be $2 for SEE-Change or Australian Institute of Architecture members and $5 for non-members.

The list of tours is updated regularly, so keep an eye on  the SEE-Change events page for details of upcoming tours.

To get the location details of the house, register for the tour and the details will be emailed to you.

Please note: For some of the tours spaces are limited, so it is worth getting in early to secure a spot.
