The Hall house was built with two main aims: to take advantage of the Murrumbidgee views and to be a sustainable house.
Built with the Passive House standard in mind structurally, whilst also using solid, sustainable materials for the internal joinery.
Whilst 95% built, you will be able to see a glimpse of the ventilation system and the building envelope and gain an understanding of the complexity of the building.
With a furniture maker owner/builder, this house is built to a fine furniture grade standard with many design surprises inside.
  • Passive house construction – including building envelope and ventilation system
  • Triple glazed windows
  • In-slab hydronic heating
  • Recycled timber, plywood and bamboo¬†custom made sustainable internal joinery.

Directions will be emailed once you register.
