This weekend at the market, you will find fresh seafood, honey, wine, herbs, jams and preserves as well as:

Caroola Farm will have chicken, duck, salad greens, parsnips, celeriac, potatoes, shallots, onions and garlic and a few yummy apricots plus fresh herbs and Caroola Farm preserves.Hazelwood Farm will have blueberries, beetroot, carrots, greens, herbs, garlic & garlic plaits, potatoes, rhubarb & salad mix + jams + rhubarb & ginger beer.

PenDon Farm will have eggs, rocket, flowers, amazing bright red and orange heirloom carrots, rhubarb, zucchini, squash, cos lettuce, garlic and a couple of bags of beans, some blackberries and zucchini flowers (delicious stuffed with ricotta).

The Markets Tea House will be serving up eats and drinks made from local ingredients – egg and bacon rolls, pork and bean pockets, real coffee, ice tea, plum fizz plus cakes and Scrumpers Garden bread,

The Community Stall will include blueberries from Wombat Hollows Blueberries, near Braidwood.

The Home Produce Swap is on at 10am thanks to Totally Locally Bungendore – bring some home grown goodness to swap with others.
